The kids grew faster than you thought and now you look around and you have more space than you know what to do with.  Well don't fret "YOUR HOME GENIE" is here to grant your selling wishes.  What is your first step: Call "Z" let me help you find your Cool Retirement Pad!

1.  Breathe it is ok all the feelings emotions you are feeling they are ok.  You don't have to do it all in one day.

2.  Now get your pad and pen and let's get to making a plan:

A Ask the kids for help.  What  do they want to keep/take.  Get the grands involved show them those old photo albums, slides of you at Woodstock.

B.  Let's separate what you will keep and what will go.  Goodwill, family etc.

C.  Breathe you are ok. Take a minute to catch your breath, get out go for a walk.  This is a lot and we will get through it.

D. Call the kids, Goodwill and ask them to come get the items you are no longer going to keep.

3.  Now it is time for you to get ready to take your big step becoming a free spirit, starting that hobby you always wanted to do, meeting with friends, hosting dinner party's or just sitting and relaxing in your cozy "HOME SWEET HOME.  Remember home is always where you are.
