Gates Four A Great Neighborhood In The Ft Bragg Area
Gates Four is a gated community with two gated entrances and a 24-hour security team. The neighborhood consists of over 700 homes, including town houses and single-family. The houses in Gates Four range in size, the time-frame they were built, and style. There are townhomes (3bed/3bath 1,401sqft) for sale for as low as $110,000 and single-family homes (5bed/7bath 8,315sqft) with a price tag of $1,750,000. These price points and those in between appeal to a wide range of buyers and are one reason why the Gates Four community continues to grow with new construction and lots for sale. Gates Four was originally built around its lake and 18-hole championship golf course. It also has a Golf and Country Club that offers golf, tennis, swimming, dining, and a social club.
Gates Four residents enjoy additional benefits as well. Residents with children have the opportunity to attend the Jack Britt School District (Stoney Point Elementary, John Griffin Middle School, Jack Britt Senior High), a highly rated and sought after school system. Also, although residents must pay an annual HOA fee under $1,000.00, they are NOT required to pay Fayetteville City taxes. This allows Gates Four’s HOA to provide a gated community at a competitive rate when compared to other neighborhoods that are not gated nor have a security team.
If you are looking to purchase a home in the Fort Bragg/ Fayetteville area, consider looking at homes in Gates Four. As a resident of Gates Four, and a Veteran, Military Family Member and Realtor, I highly recommend homebuyers to consider this beautiful, well-established community.
